Awesome Location, Great Service!

easy sightseeing delicious breakfast professional staff

The location is fantastic for sightseeing. Hagia Sophia is a short walk. Breakfast has many options with personal attention. Hassan make mornings a pleasure. The hotel staff is very professional. Muhammed helped expedite an international parcel. Hamdullah at reception gave me a room upgrade. It has a nice balcony with view. Ayhan greeted me with Turkish coffee at arrival. It was a nice touch.

The bathroom in the room was a bit small. I found this a little inconvenient. A bigger bathroom would enhance comfort.

Breakfast on the top floor provide amazing views. I saw Hagia Sophia on one side and the Bosphorus on the other. There is plenty of food. I liked personal attention from the staff, particularly Hassan.

This location is very convenient. It is a short walk to Hagia Sophia. Topkapi Palace is also close. Basilica Cistern is very nearby. The Blue Mosque is in the area as well. This makes sightseeing easy.

a haven in the heart

attentive staff rooftop terrace landmark location helpful gentleman

the staff were attentive. furkan was always available and willing to help with any request. the breakfast on the rooftop terrace offered an excellent view, i loved to begin my day there. the location was also perfect with all important landmarks nearby.

soundproofing was not ideal, i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms.

the hotel is centrally located a few minutes' walk to the main sights such as hagia sofia topkapi palace blue mosque and basilica cistern. tram t1 stops are easily accessible providing excellent links to eminonu. walking around the area felt safe even late at night

The hotel's location near Ayasofya, Blue Mosque, and the Grand Bazaar was very convenient for sightseeing. The central location added vibrancy, connecting easily to the city's cultural sites. Staff members were friendly and cute. The rooftop restaurant offered great views with a captivating backdrop during breakfast.

The softness of the mattress in the room was a drawback. A choice of mattress firmness would cater to individual preferences and ensure a comfortable stay.
